CamTalk is a local video recording tool focused on dual-camera synchronized recording. All recording, annotation, and editing are processed locally on your device — no video or image content is ever uploaded to any server. Network connectivity is used only for version update checks and App Store subscription features.

1. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information

Personal information refers to information recorded electronically or otherwise that can identify a specific natural person, either alone or in combination with other information.

1.1 Recording Content (processed locally, never uploaded)

The core feature of CamTalk is dual-camera synchronized recording. All video recording, picture-in-picture compositing, split-screen compositing, and real-time annotation are processed locally on your device:

All data is composited and processed locally. After recording, files are saved to the App's internal storage or your photo library and are never sent to any server.

1.2 Version Update Checks

The App may query version information via Apple's public APIs to notify you of updates. This process does not involve your personal identity information.

1.3 Subscriptions and Purchases

When you purchase a subscription or lifetime membership in the App, the transaction is completed by the Apple App Store. We do not directly collect your payment information. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for how the App Store handles privacy.

1.4 Local Storage

The App stores your recorded content and App preferences locally on your device. You can clear this local data through system settings or by uninstalling the App.
