Acamera Terms of Service

Welcome to Acamera (the "App") and its related services.

Acamera is a camera app centered on photography + AI coaching. You can take photos and save them to your photo library. When you start an AI analysis, the App sends a compressed image over the network to our servers for visual processing and returns photography guidance and camera parameter suggestions. The App also supports voice interaction: you can speak your needs or questions (e.g., "analyze now," "check my composition," "sky is too dark," "lower brightness," "switch to the next filter") and the App will recognize your speech and use the result as a command for the current analysis.

This Agreement is entered into between the user ("you") and the owner of this App ("we/us") and has legal effect. Please read this Agreement carefully before using the App, especially provisions relating to permissions, network transmission, and privacy. If you are under 18 years of age, please read this Agreement with your legal guardian.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, do not use the App. By starting to use the App, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.

This Agreement covers:

1. Acceptance and Changes

1.1 The App provides services including but not limited to: camera preview, photo capture, focus and exposure control, zoom, flash/torch control, photo saving and management, AI photography analysis and guidance, voice commands, photo styles and real-time filter preview, login and usage/subscription management, version update notifications, and more.

1.2 By tapping "Agree" or using the App, you agree to and are bound by this Agreement.

1.3 We may update or amend these terms as the product evolves, and will notify you via in-app prompts or page updates. Updates take effect on the date published.

1.4 Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any amendments. If you disagree, stop using the App immediately.

2. Feature Description and Usage Rules

1. Feature Description

2.1 Basic shooting uses the iOS camera framework, offering photo capture, front/rear camera switching, tap-to-focus, exposure compensation (brightness slider), and pinch-to-zoom.

2.2 Photos can be saved locally within the App and optionally to the system photo library. You can view thumbnails, full-screen previews, and choose your delete behavior (remove from app only, or also from the system album).

2.3 AI Photography Analysis analyzes the current frame in real time, returning shooting guidance and may automatically apply camera parameter adjustments (exposure compensation, focus strategy, zoom, HDR, torch, etc.).

2.4 When you actively use voice commands, the App captures audio via the microphone and performs speech-to-text locally using system capabilities. The transcribed text is used for command parsing and linking to shooting suggestions, filter/style recommendations, and parameter adjustments.

2.5 The App may provide real-time filters/styles and parameter fine-tuning for preview and shooting enhancement. Processing is primarily on-device.

2.6 AI analysis is advisory only. Results depend on environment, device capability, lighting, and user operation. AI-generated content does not constitute a guarantee or commitment.

2. Usage Restrictions

2.7 You must comply with applicable laws and regulations and must not use the App for illegal activities.

2.8 You must not capture, process, or distribute illegal content, or infringe on the rights of others (including but not limited to portrait rights, privacy rights, and copyright).

2.9 You understand and agree that the network service underlying AI analysis may be unavailable or delayed due to network conditions, server maintenance, or quota limits.

3. System Permissions and Device Capabilities

3.1 Camera permission is required for the camera preview and photo capture.

3.2 Photo library "Add Only" permission may be requested to save photos to the system album. If you enable "sync delete" in Settings, "Read & Write" photo permission may be needed for that feature.

3.3 The App may use device motion sensors (e.g., accelerometer) for UI rotation and shooting interaction.

3.4 AI analysis requires a network connection. If network access is disabled or unavailable, AI features will not work.

3.5 When you use voice commands, the App may request microphone permission to capture your voice input.

3.6 When you use voice commands, the App may request Speech Recognition permission to convert voice to text for command parsing. You can revoke this in iOS Settings at any time; doing so disables voice commands but does not affect basic shooting.

4. Network Services and Account Sign-in

4.1 The App supports Sign in with Apple. After signing in, the App sends an authentication request to our servers and includes necessary credentials when calling AI analysis, usage stats, and other authenticated endpoints.

4.2 The App may prompt you to enable network access in iOS Settings if it detects that the network is unavailable or access is blocked.

4.3 Basic shooting and local photo management are available without signing in. AI coaching and other features that require authentication and quota tracking may require you to sign in first.

5. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal (if applicable)

5.1 The App may offer subscription services. Subscriptions auto-renew unless you disable auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

5.2 Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation. Subscriptions take effect immediately. Any unused free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

5.3 You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Acamera (path may vary by iOS version).

5.4 Subscription benefits and pricing are as shown in the App Store. We may adjust plans and benefits based on operational and product strategy.

6. Data and Privacy Principles

6.1 We take your privacy and data security seriously. For details on personal information processing, please read the Privacy Policy and Privacy Summary.

6.2 When you use AI analysis, the App sends image data and necessary request information over the network to our servers for processing.

6.3 AI Service: AI photography analysis is powered by Alibaba Cloud's Qwen visual AI model (Provider: Alibaba Cloud Computing Co., Ltd.; Models: Qwen3-VL Flash / Qwen3-VL Plus; Algorithm Registration No.: 网信算备330110507206401230035号; see https://beian.cac.gov.cn/ for verification).

6.4 Data handling: AI analysis is triggered only when you actively initiate it. Images are transmitted via HTTPS (TLS) and used solely to generate the current analysis result, then immediately deleted with no copy retained. Your photos will not be used for model training or improvement. Data is not shared with third parties beyond what is necessary to provide AI analysis.

7. System and Network Requirements

7.1 The App requires iOS 17.6 or later.

7.2 AI analysis requires a network connection. If unavailable, AI features will not work or may be delayed.

8. Disclaimer

8.1 The App is provided "as is" and does not guarantee it will meet all your needs.

8.2 We are not liable for:

9. Minors

If you are under 18 years of age, you should use the App accompanied by and with the explicit consent of a legal guardian.

10. Termination and Changes

10.1 If you violate this Agreement or applicable laws, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate your service.

10.2 You may stop using the App at any time, or end use by uninstalling it.
